I am a young, mature, and ambitious business consultant, with a background dedicated to business. I have worked with various organisation, specifically in the agriculture, horticulture and construction industry. Having worked in the compliance industry, I have gained invaluable experience in navigating the ever-changing regulatory landscape. From conducting risk assessments to developing compliance programs, I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of ethical behaviour. I have had the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance and operational, to ensure compliance across all levels of the organisation. With each new challenge, I have honed my problem-solving skills and learned to stay one step ahead of regulatory changes. This experience has not only shaped my professional expertise but also instilled a strong commitment to promoting integrity and corporate responsibility.I am a qualified lead auditor for Quality, WHS, Environment and Information Security; and have successfully obtained a Bachelor of Business management and Diploma of Leadership and Management. I have a strong grounding in project management which has heightened my interest in compliance and continual improvement – specifically ISO. My interest in this industry has been championed after I was given the opportunity to be mentored and coached by business consultants who have both advanced in the compliance industry. During this time, I have worked with varying size organisations that provide a diverse range of services.
